Overview

This project represents my core responsibility across multiple Quest virtual environments: ensuring that complex art, animation, and FX content integrated cleanly into runtime systems while remaining performant and shippable. The work required deep coordination between art, UX, engineering, and QA under tight production and post-release timelines.

 

Key Contributions

  • Led runtime integration of art and animation content within Oculus runtime engine
  • Owned technical animation pipelines and resolved late-stage integration issues
  • Coordinated closely with engineering and QA to land public releases on schedule
  • Built repeatable workflows and documentation to reduce friction and rework
  • Supported post-OTA updates and ongoing iteration for shipped environments
