Overview

This project represents my pipeline engineering work: building optional, modular systems that improved asset ingestion, iteration speed, and reliability. The focus was on reducing friction without increasing core engine complexity.

  • Designed technical art pipelines for asset ingestion and validation

  • Built tooling for FX, spritesheet generation, and animation workflows

  • Automated repetitive tasks using Maya scripting and external tools

  • Created documentation and video tutorials to accelerate team ramp-up

  • Reduced production bottlenecks through standardized workflows
